As your Tucson and southern Arizona area Independent Insurance agent, I am committed to serving my customers every insurance need. My background will help illustrate this.
While growing up, I was taught that personal integrity and honesty were core values and not to be compromised. I learned from my father a strong, positive work ethic. I also learned once I gave my word, that was it. If I made a commitment to complete a job, I was expected to finish it, no matter the time or effort required.
With these beliefs ingrained, I set out on my professional life journey. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, I went to work for a home owned furniture store as a sales man and manager trainee. I progressed to store manager, then general manager and finally as President. During my 18 years there, my focus was on providing an unparalleled level of customer service. Customer problems were handled immediately.
I spent a number of years working as a consultant to small businesses. That was a rewarding time, because I was frequently able to offer advice and solutions to a struggling business owner.
One of the best examples of providing exceptional customer service can be seen in a company I built that designed and maintained web sites. During a period of time when technology was changing rapidly and competition was fierce, 95% of our clients renewed year after year. They knew that if they had questions, problems or just needed information, they could call me and get a quick response. They also knew that if I made a commitment to them, it would be completed within a reasonable time frame.
You can have peace of mind knowing you are more than a number and that all your insurance questions will be handled quickly and competently. If I am to earn the trust and respect of my customers, I first must understand you business or personal needs. At that point, I can find the right company with the coverages that will fill your needs. While some people are able to sell anything, regardless of quality, I choose not to. If I do my job right, I will be your insurance agent for many years to come.
